Q: How do I ensure I get the results I want?
A: There is one requirement to joining this program - YOU COMMIT. I can't want this for you, I can only show you the way. This is for guys that are prepared to step up and change their lives. For themselves and their families.
Q: I'm really busy, Will this fit my schedule?
A: 100%. The program is built for busy dads. Most sessions are 45-60 minutes max. You’ll learn how to operate through life’s busiest seasons without falling off.
Q: What if I'm not motivated?
A: That’s the point, you’ll learn to operate WITHOUT relying on motivation. You need a framework that helps you show up even when you don’t feel like it, that’s what I’ll help you build.
Q: I’ve failed in the past, why would this work for me?
A: Because this program places emphasis on the mental aspect of transforming yourself just as much as the physical. A total mind-body approach that creates a framework for life that will keep you on track no matter how busy life gets.
Q:Is this just for beginners or can experienced guys benefit too?
A: Both. Whether you’re just getting started or have been lifting for years but struggle with consistency, this program is about creating permanent systems and a new standard that fits your life as a dad.
Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: In order to get the best results, you will need access to some sort of gym equipment, machines and/or free weights.
Q: I have a nagging injury or limitation, will you work around this?
A: Due to the flexible approach we take about creating a program for YOU, we will definitely work around any limitations you have physically.
Q: Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
A: My nutrition plan is about implementing a way of eating that encourages you to make healthier choices AND is sustainable. I do not believe in super restrictive or crash dieting to get results. You can still eat foods you enjoy, but we'll be smart about it.
Q: How many days will I be in the gym?
A: My recommendation will be specific to you, but generally speaking you will have no more than 4 days of strength training sessions.
Q: Will I have to do tons of cardio?
A: At a bare minimum, there is a daily step count. Whether you hit that through cardio sessions or just moving throughout the day does not matter. That said, cardiovascular health will be a priority of this program without requiring you to do a crazy about of cardio.
Q: What happens on the call?
A: We’ll talk about where you’re at, what’s held you back, and what it would look like to build a system that works for you. No pressure, no hype, just a real conversation about how to move forward.
